2. We, or our affiliates, may communicate anonymous records to our authorized distributors in your country or region
3. We, or our affiliates, may communicate anonymous records to third parties for market analysis for our or our authorized distributors’ exclusive use.

Data Security: We endeavour to take commercially reasonable steps to protect your data against unauthorised access by third parties, (including making use of encryption technology), but cannot guarantee the security of any data you disclose online. You accept that the Internet is not entirely secure, that there can be no assurance or guarantee against unauthorised access, and you acknowledge and agree that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be held liable or responsible for any unauthorised use, disclosure, distribution, damage or destruction of personal data.

7. Governing Law & Disputes; Exclusive Jurisdiction: This Data Privacy Policy forms part of our website Terms & Conditions.
You irrevocably agree that the courts located in Amsterdam, the Netherlands shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute or claim of whatever nature arising out of or relating to this Data Privacy Policy and consent or otherwise to the use of your personal data, and that the laws of the Netherlands without regard to its conflict of laws provisions shall govern such dispute or claim. You irrevocably agree to the subject matter and personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive all defenses to such jurisdiction including, without limitation, on the grounds of inconvenient forum. However, we retain the right to bring legal proceedings in any jurisdiction where we believe that infringement of our intellectual property rights or breach of the website Terms & Conditions is taking place or originating. You are responsible for compliance with any laws of the country from which you are accessing our website.
8. English Language: This Data Privacy Policy is written in the English language. We are not responsible for the translation of this Data Privacy Policy into another language by you or any third party.
