This new bar design layout features an engraved QR code, uniquely conceived within MKS PAMP’s pioneering Bullion Smart Production (BSP) system. Effective January 1, 2025, this advancement enhances cast bar integrity and security features, in line with MKS PAMP’s continuing commitment to innovation and sustainability.
Key Highlights:
- Starting January 1, 2025, MKS PAMP gold cast bars will feature engraved QR codes, applicable to the gold cast bars product range, including the 1 Kg, 500g, 250g, 10 Tolas, 100g, and 50g gold cast bar.
- The bar’s unique QR code links to the product’s secured digital certificate of authenticity.
- Developed by MKS PAMP, BSP is an advanced AI-powered system that leverages neural networks to optimize cast bars’ integrity, security features, and data tracking.
- BSP drives significant reductions in energy consumption and integrates ESG principles into every step of the production process.
Enhancing Bar Integrity and Security with Advanced Technology
The bar’s unique QR code links to the product’s secured digital certificate of authenticity and is created through BSP’s advanced technology, adding another layer of bar security to further MKS PAMP’s efforts against counterfeiting.
BSP represents a leap forward in product integrity, as the system ensures automated internal traceability in MKS PAMP’s manufacturing process, from refined gold grain to the finished product, in this case, PAMP gold cast bars.
BSP’s neural networks capture a discreet set of data points for each bar in real-time and seamlessly store them in a secured centralized master data repository system, guaranteeing complete security and integrity.
Integrating Sustainability at Every Step
Aligned with MKS PAMP’s sustainability strategy, this innovation integrates ESG principles into every step of the production process:
- Energy Efficiency: with BSP, MKS PAMP has reduced energy consumption for cast bars production by 58.33%.
- Transition to Digital Certificates: By June 30, 2025, paper certificates for this range of cast bars will be fully phased out, replaced with digital certificates to further minimize environmental impact.
